NDAA Watch – The Senate resumes consideration of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act. Senators Rand Paul (R-KY) and Mike Lee (R-UT) are seeking to block any further amendments until they are allowed a vote on a provision that would prohibit indefinite detention of U.S. citizens.
