House to Consider First Set of Funding Bills This Week – The House will consider its first “minibus” package of FY2019 appropriations bills, which include Energy and Water, Military Construction-Veterans Affairs, and Legislative Branch appropriations. Reminder– in an ideal world, all of the spending bills (12 total) would be consolidated and voted on in one large “omnibus.” A minibus is bundling of just a few of those bills.
