House leadership is currently in the process of discussing the details of a final appropriations bill, with the Republican caucus collaborating with the Senate to create a bipartisan package that may resemble the one advocated by former Speaker McCarthy before his removal. Additionally, the leadership of the House Freedom Caucus has urged House Republicans to develop an appropriations bill that aligns relatively closely with the version proposed by the Senate.

The House Committee on Ways and Means Subcommittee on Tax held a hearing on Wednesday 12/6 on “Tax Policies to Expand Economic Growth and Increase Prosperity for American Families.”
