The Small Business Administration (SBA) has been ordered to release detailed information for all Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans, including names and loan amounts, a federal judge ruled. The agency must release this information by November 19th. The SBA could appeal this order under the grounds that disclosing recipient names could violate their privacy because PPP loans are relative to payroll size.
