Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo announced $4.7 million in funding to help the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) to expand its business centers across the country. The announcement came during the department’s Minority Enterprise Development week. $2.6 million of the funding will be used by MBDA to expand procurement technical assistance to over 26 business centers. New states to receive MBDA centers include Arkansas, Indiana, Oregon, South Carolina, Utah, and Wisconsin.
