Q: What hotel is the host hotel?

A: The conference will take place at the beautiful Marriott Marquis Houston, where AEO will host pre-conference events and special events during the conference.

Registration/Scholarship

Q: I am attending the Microloan Training Conference, what time does the sessions start? When should I come into Houston?

A: The Microloan training sessions will commence on Monday, May 4, 2020 at 12:00 noon. We recommend that you fly into Houston early Monday morning.

Q: I want to attend the SBA Microloan Training Conference, can I?

A: The SBA portion of the conference is restricted to SBA microlenders only.

Q: I am attending the SBA Microloan Training Conference, can I attend the AEO sessions?

A: Yes, the AEO sessions are available for microlenders to attend. AEO sessions officially start Tuesday, May 5, 2020 at 3pm.

Q: I am attending the SBA Microloan Training Conference and want to attend AEO’s conference, how do I do that?

A: Simply click here to purchase your registration for the 2020 AEO conference.

Q: When will scholarship notifications be issued?

A: We expect to send notifications to all applicants by mid-March.

Q: I can’t attend the conference anymore, what do I do?

A: If you need to cancel your registration, email [email protected]. Please note the following regardign our cancellation policy:

Registrations cancelled more than 60 days before April 30, 2020, will receive a 100% refund minus a 20% administration fee.
Registrations cancelled between 59 and 30 days before April 30, 2020, will receive a 50% refund minus a 20% administration fee.
Registrations cancelled less than 30 days prior to April 30, 2020, will not be eligible for refund.
