House Considers SBA Bills Today – The House will vote today to reauthorize the Small Business Administration’s SCORE program (H.R. 1700) and to mandate that SBA and the Patent and Trademark Office provide intellectual property protection training to small businesses (H.R. 2655).

Appropriations Watch – The House Rules Committee announced yesterday that a second minibus of appropriations bills will be packaged together and brought to the floor next week, including Interior-Environment and Financial Services spending bills. The House Appropriations Committee has rescheduled the twice-delayed full committee markup of the Labor-HHS-Education bill for Wednesday morning.
