Appropriations Watch – Last night, the House Appropriations Committee passed the Financial Services and General Government (FSGG) appropriations bill on a vote of 28-20. The bill provides funding for the Treasury Department, Judiciary, SBA, and SEC. View the FSGG Committee Report here. Watch the mark up here. The legislation now moves to the full House for a vote.

NDAA Watch – The Senate resumes consideration of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act, with hopes of finishing consideration of the bill today. Once they pass their version, the House and Senate will have to reconcile the differences between their respective versions before the NDAA becomes law.
