Movement on Minibus – Today, the House begins debate on a three-bill spending package, including Military Construction-VA, Energy and Water and Legislative Branch appropriations.

House to Vote on Rescissions Package – The House plans to vote today on a bill to rescind or cancel about $15 billion in already appropriated funds. The measure reflects the package of rescissions sent by the Trump administration on May 8, with withdrawals and other proposed changes, of funds that the administration said were no longer needed and wouldn’t be spent.
