The Tax Foundation’s most recent report has unveiled an analysis that places New Jersey and New York at the bottom of the list when it comes to favorable business tax environments within the United States. These two states are currently experiencing a significant exodus of adjusted gross income to states with lower tax burdens, leading to increased demands for tax reforms aimed at enhancing their standings. Conversely, states like Arizona, which have streamlined their tax systems, have witnessed improvements in their rankings.
